Harris Custom Homes was founded in 2006 by John Childs and Robert Harris as an extension of C and H Custom Builders. Together John and Robert represent over 50 years of combined experience in the trades. They are committed to using all of their experience to better serve your housing needs.
As with any construction project, a quality foundation is essential. Harris Custom Homes refuses to skimp on any part of the project, starting with the ground and working up. This commitment assures you a home that is quality built, energy efficient and low in maintenance. Our homes are built not only as a solid home but as an investment in your future. Our homes are designed to be comfortable, stylish and grow in value year after year.
Our homes incorporate many quality built in features starting with the electromastaric waterproofing on the foundation to the 30 year composite roof shingles. We use only engineered floor and roof truss systems. This is to ensure you have a solid, well planned and spacious home. All of our homes are “double walled” using an engineered OSB zip wall system installed under our “Smart” engineered siding. Additional features in our homes include laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining areas, quality wood cabinets and trim, full tile backsplash, tiled entryways, Mani-Bloc plex manifold water systems, 13 seer AC units and 80% efficient furnace and hot water heaters.
